After today, Bill Parcells' three-year record with Dallas will be 24-22. With Washington owning the tie-breaker against us and a game at Carolina looming next weekend, it looks unlikely that we'll make the playoffs. That will mean that Parcells has missed the playoffs twice in three years. Since coming aboard, he has done absolutely nothing to set us on the path for future success on the offensive side of the ball. Almost every acquisition on offense has been an older guy that does not figure into the long-term plans. Drafting on offense has been abyssmal. There are some bright spots with young guys on defense, but when you add up the total package, Jerry Jones is paying Vince Lombardi money for a guy producing Wayne Fontes results.
