Yes. Dallas Cowboy website has listed a Parcells press conference for Friday afternoon at 4:30. Can't believe minicamp is almost here and we finally getting some real Cowboy football news again. Unfortunately we have to rely on the Dallas media's questions to learn anything, except for those times when Parcells mentions specifically player performances, etc. Hopefully he sticks to his last PC edict where he said no more questions re TO until TC. If so, we should learn more about many players health, physical development, potential, etc. I'm hoping he also holds PCs Saturday afternoon & Sunday. I'm assuming players will be in pads, but maybe not. Also heard we have "practices" (not exactly sure what that entails) the week after minicamp. Anyone else heard this and what the team will be doing on the field?

Yeah its actually cool, he let them bomb away last time about T.O. and now he says no more.... hmmmm.... wonder how long before a reporter asks anyway.... either directly or indirectly.....??

I think they usually have quarterback school that includes all receivers the week after mini-camp. My guess is most of the rookies will be participating in the weight and running program up to camp in late July too.

We need an under/over pool on the amount of TO questions

I'm going w/a min of 10 in the first 20 mins before BP cuts them off. But they'll trickle in throughout the PC, so maybe another 5-10 after that...

All told 20. :)

As for who I want to hear about the most. That would be Hatcher. Wanna hear how he goes up against the big dogs.

Gonna miss Allen stonewalling the rooks on the first day. I luv'd how he totally flipped Canty last year. At least I think it was Canty.

I also want to hear about Kosier and Petitti's progress on the line. Not worried about Fabini as much. I think he'll be fine, but these two are a definite unknown.

"You mentioned in the last PC that you were 100% on board with the signing of TO...

Is this true?"

Well all of their first questions will be about T.O. so that guarantees at least 10 off the top. And then he'll cut them off... :)

"Bill...you mentioned in the last press conference that you were on board, now that you have spoke to T.O., has that changed?"

I know some might take this as a joke, but it will happen.

Sporstcenter will have a peice on us this weekend or no later than Monday. Ed Werner will be in town and probably Peter King and Adam from NFL Network basically it's the final event before TC.

"Bill, can you compare and contrast TO with Osama Bin Laden?"

"Bill, if TO is a cancer, what type of cancer do you think he would be?"

"Bill, is bringing in an exorcist part of the plan in dealing with TO this season?"

"Bill, recently the Sporting News did a piece interviewing your former players who with every case claimed you could handle T.O.--can you comment on how wrong they are?"

"T.O. was recently spotted at a party in a nightclub at the Mirage in Vegas and there was a stripper named Dita Von Teese headlining, isn't this the type of thing you warned your players about? How will you deal with it?"

If they are smart (media that is) they will start their T.O. questions with soemthing he did in mini-camp. Something like, "is T.O. picking up the offense like you expected, and does he feel comfortable with the plays thus far". If they start like that, then they have a chance to continue the questioning, but if they start with "Are you still on board with the T.O. signing" there may be a homicide.

I cannot wait for Coach Parcells to squash all of it with a well placed "Look, I told you all. I won't talk about the player until training camp, okay?"

"Bill, Skip Bayless here... is TO, you or anyone else on the team a closeted gay man... if so, do you know Troy personally?"

How Skip Bayless still has a job is beyond me.

I expect the media to ask questions about TO, I want to know how he is adjusting and picking up the playbook after working with Parcells and WR coach. Dallas has made a big investment in TO, I expect Bill to play down the negative and stupid question but I fully expect to hear some good question regarding TO.
