Why is it that in alot of these threads i keep seeing people say things like..
Parcells is a great coach,it is not all his fault,its
"Zimmer fault about the defense"
"Peytons fault about the offense"
"Its the kickers fault for the close loses"
WHO THE HELL KEPT ZIMMER--PARCELLS DID
WHO THE HELL KEPT PEYTON--PARCELLS DID
WHO THE HELL DID NOT GET A RELIABLE KICKER--PARCELLS
I will agree the man is a VERY GOOD COACH,but without Bill Belicheck as his defensive coordinator ,he has NEVER won a thing .

is it true that Parcells has a losing record without Belicheck? I heard that today, don't know if it's true or not.

Well, he did make the playoffs...In some ways, considering the astronomical number of injuries they've had and the coaching staff turnover, this might be the best coaching job Belichick has done.

Here im not trying to bash Parcells,but how come teams like ,
Rams(went from 4-12 to the SB)
Panthers(From nowhere to the SB)
Patriots(from nowhere to 3 SB in 4 years)
Giants(this year)
Bears(this year)
Commanders(this year)
and in THREE YEARS ,we have failed to win a single playoff game,with a "HALL OF FAME " coach ?

The numbers speek for themselves. I'm sure (certain) Bill did not run the defense by himself.
