See...nobody is "really" leaking out any info....Yet.

Right now it is all pure speculation by various media members who are just trying read the tea leaves as they see them right now.

And until Jerry, Stephen or Jason say Cassel is the starter...I won't believe it.

Good thing is we have a full bye week to work on things and get people healthy.

Bad thing is we have a full bye week where this front office will probably refuse to name the starter even if they already have decided and we have
to wallow in our self loathing and crappy record with the idea that Weeden may well indeed be the starter.

I could not understand why Phil Simms kept saying that they would not change QB's during the bye week.. I almost felt like people want Dallas to fail sometimes and are trying to convince them to keep Weeden as the starter. The guy is out of excuses when you can't throw to an open guy and you can't even sidestep in the pocket to buy a second to make a throw and just choose to check down outside of the normal read progression. Then you blame it on not having Dez on the field and other new players playing... the excuses just make it look that much worse. He's a fraud and he knows it.

It's unacceptable not to realize 11 in a row is an NFL ALL-TIME record for consecutive losses by QB, it's a pretty huge indictment for the entire History of the NFL.

I think it took 3 QBs to lose 16 straight in 08 for detroit.
