Patriots beating the system again?

How does Tom Brady have a broken foot all year and is not reported as injured? I thought NFL teams were required to report all injuries? I realize why the Patriots didn't want the news getting out because teams would go for Brady's foot. But Sherriff Goodell should look into this..
