PC Thread: Changes coming wade says, practice, scaling back etc

wade says changes coming, even in himself, some changes in practices, scaling back on defense and possibly offense too.

I can live with this, now as far as personnel changes, wady said he didnt think any would come as of now so far

Need to streamline some calls, cut it down, so easier for players;;

running game hurt us and thats where we need to address and the pass rush;

wade just mentioned they are evaluating taking away defensive playcalling from stewart and doing it himself - which means that is 1 change that will be made bc he said they are "evaluating" it..so yes.

Does that mean all his press conferences about how we were getting pressure on the QB were lies? Wade has been all talk this year...

had like QB center exchange 2 weeks in a row now, and brad isnt a guy to be able to come back after 17 points down and most QBs are to be close enough to manage the game

part of it was turnovers

T O maybe not getting enough, that is a concern and we have to get him the ball, yes im concerened, we say we want to do it, but were going to continue that process

romo progrsss to be detemined, not sure, maybe game time again on romo

romo could have gone in but thought he woudlnt be effective

we didnt determine if romo could play or not till after he threw the ball in pregame warmups, then was too late as far as bollilnger

question on adam jones in rehab now, he isnt with us now, my concern is on team now with us

team attitude in practice, i try to look at yourself objectively, but i am,

teams performance reflected in what im doing, then yes i might need to change some things, paraprashing here

have you gotten upset with players, im upset at me first, and i have to get them not to make the mistakes, he wouldnt touch the subject of getting mad at players

again when are players responsibilty theirs, wade back to himself first

again, like if you told them what to do and they still not doing it, when is it their fault, again wade thinks they will respond

when asked about the lack of discipline "We had penalties in the game but the other team had some too"

classic wade right now he's down playing the penalties and saying it doesn't determine wins and losses

Yep. Effective playcalling is an art. The good coordinators have a feel for what the other team will call, not just a knowledge of a scheme. Wade has shown that he has that, and Stewart really hasn't.

I know he will protect Stewart's reputation as much as possible, so he'll never come out and say he's doing it. But he needs to make the calls through the headset.

Listening to the PC is just painful. In essence, as per Wade: Brad had a good first drive but not the type of QB that can come from behind.......not many QB's are.

"The mistakes are mine,"......Wade just sounds lost......

Media question: So much talent, why the breakdown Wade? "Well, we had a new QB" and then we "had some defensive breakdowns." "Some guys don't realize they're not going full speed" (I can't believe he just said this)....

Question on talent: "There's enough talent to win 4 games so far and we could have won more"

Discipline question: Said Witten is a disciplined guy but he also had a penalty......as if to explain the discipline is not a problem.
