i give him credit for giving it a shot. Pretty remarkable that he finished the Commanders game and was able to move around relatively well given the significance of the injury.

Surgery was done this morning. They came to the decision late yesterday after looking at best options.

the fact they put him on ir with a shot at the playoffs sure does'nt sound good.i knew he would need surgury but i thought maybe he could be back if we did win sunday. the fact they put him on ir already seems to indicate there was little effect from treatment

Day to day does not mean going from "we will see how the pain is" to having surgery. The day to day was a banana in the tailpipe that nobody really fell for.

I agree. I know he can come back no problem from this but it worries me that this is his second surgery to his back in less than a year and he's 33 years old.
