Can I take the Bucs over the Cowboys in good faith? You better believe it. The Dallas offense has hit an unexpected road bump the past two weeks, averaging 12 points per game, and the Tampa defense is suddenly the 85 Bears re-incarnated. No one — not Philip Rivers, not Russell Wilson, not Drew Brees and not Alex Smith — has been able to figure them out. Lavonte David and Kwon Alexander could give Dak Prescott fits, and if this is the biggest game the franchise has been in since 2007 I don’t expect Jameis Winston to wilt away. Upset special. Give me the red hot Bucs, and let’s enjoy (suffer?) through a week of Tony Romo speculation before Cowboys-Lions Monday night football.

But there are good points here. Especially the part about Rivers, Brees, Wilson and Smith not figuring them out and wondering how Dak and our offense will.

But because of the title it's going to detour from the actual post.

I couldn't stand another defeat. I couldn't eat, sleep, watch tv, or lister to sports radio after the latest Giants loss. If we lose to the Bucs .......the entire nation will turn on us and start reporting how mighty Dallas has fallen. Then I'd end up breaking my TV, and then my girl would yell at me for being stupid. Then I'd go outside a roundhouse kick a street sign but with my luck a cop would see and write ne a ticket. Well, unless he's a Cowboys fan...he might give me just a warning.

Any team that's beat the Chiefs and the Seahawks in recent weeks (especially the Chiefs) can reasonably be expected to be able to beat the Cowboys. This isn't a stretch.

But every day it's been dropping--meaning people are betting on Tampa to keep it closer or win.
