What does it mean as far as the roster and the depth chart is concerned?
I think it means that Columbo is healthy and starting to play like a first round draft pick. I think he is the starter on the right. Petiti playing left tackle in the scrimmage indicates to me that he is going to be the "swing" tackle and possibly Flo's replacement when Flo is gone. Fabini might be on the outside looking in. I think Parcells only keeps nine O-linemen. Adams, Rivera, Gurode, Kosier, Columbo, Petiti, Johnson for sure, and the battle for the two other spots is between Peterman, Proctor, and Fabini.
Peterman and Proctor are both just guards, but Kosier can play tackle as well. On the other hand, Fabini can play either tackle spot and Gurode can play guard.
The team has some flexibility on the Oline, and I think that allows them to just carry nine players there.
