Internet petitions don't mean much. The players association case against Goodell is the best way.

i totally understand and agree with that. to me, this is more about protesting goodell and his never consistent penalties he hands out and what he gave hardy simply doesn't make sense in accordance with several versions of their own rules. i would rather sign a FIRE GOODELL NOW petition, but i'll start here.

I'm sorry. Is the Cowboys forum a court of law? We're not obligated to uphold a legal standard in a discussion forum.

And there is no MIGHT. Either he did or he didn't. We may not know, but that doesn't change the reality of what happened.

ok yoda, way to break it down for us. i'm sure every facet of your life that gets a bit complicated, difficult and so forth is so clear and easy to define. where i take strong objection is when people put standards on people they would NEVER allow on themselves. you gonna live your that cut and dry? never EVER say "well yea, but this was this..." or "i had no idea they were going to do that..."

i mean hey, binary can be useful when delivering an ultimatum but they sure do suck turtle turds to live by.

Uh, look, Jabba. I've been in an abusive relationship before. And even though the woman hit and scratched me, I didn't retaliate. I didn't hit her back, and I didn't strike her. I simply restrained her. And I'm not nearly as big as Greg Hardy and the weight-strength-height factor between me and my ex-girlfriend was less than it was with Hardy and his ex-girlfriend.

So, YES, I have lived up to the standard I preach.

Also, I've never dated a woman who does drugs. Nor do I display guns on my bed or any piece of furniture in my home.

Opps. That "popping" sound you heard was your empty criticism that burst. :)
