But she showed up unexpectedly. I don't know the circumstances, as to why the guns were out. Were they loaded, did they have trigger locks, why were they out to begin with, all of these questions would be germane to the conclusions, it would seem. I'm not saying he wasn't but without understanding all of the details, I don't think I could just say that he was irresponsible out of hand.

According to her, he threw her onto a stack of loaded guns. Then she says he called his assistant to "help" him throw her out of the house. Why a man capable of throwing her onto a pile of guns needs help throwing her out, I don't know. I guess it's who you choose to believe. Neither party seems credible, IMO.

How, exactly, are you called upon to judge Hardy? You appear to have a puffed-up sense of self-importance. It's impacting the trustworthiness of your nonsense (rather the opposite of "common sense") judgments.

How are you applying the word "judge"?
I don't have any judicial power over him.
I do have the power of my opinion, as you do yours.
As for your other comments, see how that works? You have judged me based on my opinion of the Hardy situation. If you were REALLY concerned about judgment you would not have commented on me being puffed up.
And what I'm saying is very much common sense. It just doesn't coincide with yours.

Be that as it may, if denouncing domestic abuse against women is considered nonsense then I don't want to have what you call common sense.

But enough of this discussion. I don't want to get banned right before the draft. I'd rather enjoy the company of fellow fans. Peace.

Why would we assume she has a key? Maybe she did, I don't know. I guess the point I'm getting at is that without knowing more about the guns, I can't say he was acting irresponsibly. The guns could have been secure and unloaded with ammunition secured. I can not personally come to the conclusion that he was irresponsible with his guns.

People are often irresponsible so it is possible but I have no basis to come to that conclusion here. In any case, as I posted earlier, I don't think the guns are relevant.

I'm going to leave it at that. These conversations become too long and involved, and I prefer not to get banned before the draft.

You know anyone could become a problem, sometime people are not what they seem. This woman was a bad person intending to do harm. That could be your friend, nieghnbor, man, woman, co-worker, visitor or even family (see Dez) .


Lets all face it some people are very bi-polar at times, you never know especially under the influence..... and those unfortunate situations should and are held accountable under a court of law.

Not under a court of public opinion, or by a dictator boss or CEO... but a Court of Law.

Uh, look, Jabba. I've been in an abusive relationship before. And even though the woman hit and scratched me, I didn't retaliate. I didn't hit her back, and I didn't strike her. I simply restrained her. And I'm not nearly as big as Greg Hardy and the weight-strength-height factor between me and my ex-girlfriend was less than it was with Hardy and his ex-girlfriend.

So, YES, I have lived up to the standard I preach.

Also, I've never dated a woman who does drugs. Nor do I display guns on my bed or any piece of furniture in my home.

What evidence have we seen that he did anything wrong. Any pictures? Just her word against his. Oh since he's this big black monster and she's a white damsel in distress, he's automatically wrong? If I beat my gf why would I call 911 on myself. You can hear him telling her to leave HIS house. If he was such a bad guy then after she took his money why didnt she testify against him in court. Of course she surely would have won...or maybe not. The DA knew her case was shaky at best...

I don't get why either, especially when I refer to her as an ex-girlfriend in the very post you quote.

And how do you know she was getting back at him? Do you have a timeline of when they broke up? Do you not know that a neighbor called the police and said Hardy was whipping her behind?
