Any player should be free to negotiate with any team.

Then you would never see teams like Arizona in the SuperBowl again.

The NFL has got it right. Any team can win it every year.

I guess I'm just looking at it from the other direction - the entire point of a reverse draft order should be the worst teams pick first, not the unluckiest.

Luck plays some part in a teams success. I think being in the playoffs is more of an accomplishment than not being in the playoffs even if a team is there because they were just lucky to be in a weak division.
