Also if you read the entire ruling this Judge wrote that the NFL can do whatever they want because of the CBA and that nothing else matters.

This was a fix if there ever was one...

Remember when Greg Hardy was dominating at one point in time on our team....

No, not really. Let's leave that joker - who actually did hit a woman - out of this, please.

You mean the crack-head in his apartment that wasn't leaving, also put MARKS on Hardy who was holding her back with Hardy making the original 9-11 phone call and that same lady that ran when the police originally came and also sent multiple texts about how she'd make Hardy pay...

She means don't interfere with Collective Bargaining agreements crafted by her husband.

Actually, CBAs are given high regard in courts all the time. As long as what has been agreed to is legal, they're generally upheld. Not being happy with what comes as a result of that agreement, a commissioner who abuses the power afforded him by the CBA for example, is typically looked at as sour grapes.

This all goes back to the Players Association agreeing to the process. Most players don't think it'll ever affect them, so it's not an important issue. The reality is, it doesn't affect most of them. But those it does tend to get screwed.

I'm not going to waste any more time on people who still defend Greg Hardy. Have a nice life.

Yep sure it wasn't predetermined! Yep her hubby didn't play any role in this decision at all. I mean they were on vacation while this was happening, and they didn't talk about it? Yea sure! lol

So bogus they think everyone is too stupid to see what is happening here.

There is a difference between defending Greg Hardy's behavior in general versus his DV case... I don't like the way Zeke behaves off the field, still doesn't mean this whole case wasn't a farce and basically conspiracy.

You have to think his legal team is all over this. This whole situation has been a complete mess.

As a matter of fact it was reported they left before the decision. I am confident they knew the outcome of it and have been planning the next move. I think the info this am now plays a factor. JMO of course

The NFL wants it both ways - we support our players, um, when it suits us. The league should have bent over backwards to maje sure the player was treated fairly - no appearance of impropriety or unfairness. Instead the league fell back on its "power." The NFL continues to wallow in the shame of the Goodell era - the deep shame.

"the Goodell era" was and is only possible becuase of the approval of the owners.

I'm sure when the NFLPA agreed to the CBA, they didn't think Goodell/NFL would use Article 46 the way they have

Unless you were there you need to stop acting like you are some mr superior morals and I'm sure we all don't care if some random person on here doesn't engage. Y'all have to really get a hold of how unimportant we are to each other on here.

Meanwhile........

Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Jeremy Piven, Ben Affleck, Casey Affleck, James Toback, Mark Halperin, Bill O'Reilly, Bill Clinton, George HW Bush, Bill Cosby, Tiger Woods......

And dozens, if not hundreds more, soon to be revealed. Hollywood is said to have a RAMPANT pedophilia problem, and an even worse sexual harassment problem. The news media is a salacious pit of goo. Professional sports truly is housing a long lists of miscreants.

The world is an ugly place right now, and all forms of entertainment are collapsing from within. There's this massive cleansing/purge going on which was long overdue.

Zeke got the brunt of this overreaction, but the NFL is apparently trying to separate itself from this growing swell of disgust in proper society. That's where most of the revenue stream comes from.

We've reached a tipping point on so many fronts.
