Her husband's firm is in bed with the pro sports leagues. Gary Bettman used to work there. David Stern used to work there. According to Michael McCann, several associates at that firm have moved on to positions with the sports leagues.

Proskauer may not have been directly involved with this particular labor dispute, but there is an awful lot here which suggests conflict of interest. I just cannot believe it flew under the radar until a couple internet sleuths found it out. Why didn't Elliott's counsel raise an objection????

Which makes sense why the NFL wanted this in NY so bad.

If Hardy had handled his business in Dallas, he wouldn't have to be posting this from the sidelines now.

Exactly. Dallas gave him a chance and he blew it.

Be a RB? Yo Hardy did you see them railroad zeke? You're not alone and being a RB has zero to do with it. Your incident came after the Ray Rice debacle. Now Zeke is paying the price for it.

    Blimey!
Another victim of U.S. education: non-erudite lad, that was an analogy, not a comparison.
I know Zeke is, ah, innocent. So innocent you'd let your daughter or sis date him. And so was O.J. as innocent.

No, the NFL said he abused her and gave him 6 games. They “convicted” him of beating a woman multiple times. They(the NFL) said he used physical force against her resulting in injuries multiple times

While dv falls under the pcp, so does drug testing. So yeah, he violated the pcp on domestic violence(hence the 6 games and the threat of total banishment for the next accusation).
