Skattebo was taken to the ground while attempting to catch a pass and his right foot and ankle bent very awkwardly. It was an ugly sight and teammates were getting emotional, knowing that Skattebo is likely out for a very long time.​

The cart came out for Skattebo, a large cast was placed on his right lower leg, and his teammates came to embrace him as he was taken off the field.​

An injury to this young stud doesn't surprise me, especially how hard he plays the game. Hope he's okay and is able to play the game he loves next season.

He is more than likely going to have a very short career. I'd be surprised if he gets extended past his rookie contract.

That was an ugly sight to see. His foot was sideways. Hopefully, it’s not going to be as serious as it looked. He’s fun to watch as long as it’s not against the Cowboys. Love his game.

The very reason an NFL player should get his money when the opportunity presents itself. Feel bad for him but he can rebound. This game can be unforgiven at times.
