When you pay someone to screw you, that is prostitution. Jerry, knows a great deal about that kind of a financial transaction. He decided he didn't like the manner in which the clown goodell was doing that screwing so he is making it known to the other owners. I think Arthur Blank is genuinely a good man but I could be wrong. I'm curious to see how this unwinds.

But when it comes out in the open that Jerry is calling ng him out, he is billionaire with ego too, no wonder he kicked him out.

Are you Cowboys fans or football fans? Maybe both (like myself) but sending a message means not watching the playoffs or the Superbowl (unless Dallas is playing). Cowboys fans are the only fans driving this machine, we can hurt the NFL.

Interesting Jerry was supportive of Goodell thru the Brady ordeal last year and didn’t become combative until the Elliott suspension.

Jerry has needed to be shut down before by the league recently speaking out against his players suspended for marijuana with no other owners aligning with him.

Jerry was shut down and fined years ago speaking out for a greater share of the Equal TV Revenue.

Jerry has been standing alone in the recent issues which has effected the revenue as well while the NFL has taken a more stand back approach . It’s very obvious that Jerrys interest are always centric and self absorbed to his and the Dallas Cowboys interest.

I’ve never been more hopeful the majority of owners or individual owners will rise up against Jerry along with the complaints filed against him.

Nothing would serve the Dallas Cowboys football operations interest greater than a suspension or forced outing of Jerry Jone$.

According to reports the committee is not unanimous on the contract (it needs to be unanimous). Blank is the one fighting an incentives/performance based deal. Jerry can and is going to sue based on the lies already told by chairman Blank.

Kraft has been Goodell’s biggest advocate for years. Their families and political connections go way back. RG is the guy that destroyed the Spygate tapes.

I have actually started leaning towards the fact that the main opposition are Jones and McNair and certain NFL officials are leaking information to try and create bad publicity for them.

REMEMBER, this isn’t just about the Commissioner salary, this is about the benefits as relates to the NFL office in general.

The NFL position on the anthem and flags was a consensus and when the Jerry ‘furor’ over Zeke affair was coming out, then certain publications started claiming Jerry was the guy behind the opposition to kneeling. Then the McNair comments in a closed meeting supposedly come out and this happened while the NFL suddenly started to allow ‘kneeling’.

Do not know whether accurate and have no access to a link at the moment, but a Pittsburgh writer said the Steelers oppose the extension terms, which is interesting.

Kraft is smart enough to know that his relationship with Roger is more valuable than a 4 game Brady suspension. Belichick and Brady are just temporary figures in the long run. Dan Patrick and others have mentioned that Spygate could have really done major damage to the league. It was collusion on all the owners part to let it go with a slap on the hand because a real investigation would have been bad in terms of revenue. It as cheating at the highest level. There is no doubt that the Patriots have cheated in other ways, all the claims from other teams/players probably have some truth to them. They have always employed an idiot savant named Ernie Adams who does nothing more than angle shoot for "advantages".

I agree.. when I was referring to owner support, I was mainly talking about the six-man committee and Jerry being an ‘honorary’ seventh.

The reality is Mara, Rooney and Kraft have all benefitted from this RG era.
