The NFL office has the tactic that if you repeat a lie often enough, plenty of people will believe it. This reminded me of that picture of Goodell taken about a year ago in the league office with the word "Integrity" conspicuously visible in the background (seen below). Just say it over and over and over and you'll fool enough people that it won't matter that many people know it's b.s.
