You've got to love Tony's enthusiasm and I truly hope that things work out for him health-wise. He's worked so hard to help this team win and you can't help but root for good things for someone like him.

even if he isn't the same Romo we have been watching all these years, an 80% percent Romo is light years ahead of anything we will be able to find......

Get the young QBs in here, develop them, evaluate them. Let then watch Tony...... But Romo really is the "heart and soul" of this team, He is our only shot, to maybe make a run in the next few years.

After a 4th fracture, I hope a big part of the game plan is to keep him upright and not expose him, unless absolutely necessary to win games.........

Him and Witten and some others , need to get to that SB. I have resigned to it probably not happening.....But, that should be the goal for this team and franchise, spanning the next 2 years. Sell out if you have too....but get Romo to that SB.............................

We need to build the defense so he doesn't feel he has to score on every drive. He needs to throw it away more though that's just not in his nature

I completely agree, I am hoping that is one of the things he works on in the offseason. It seems every year he focuses on one attribute to improve himself, this needs to be the focus this season. Get rid of the ball or check it down. The offensive coordinator could also try to implement more quick routes as well to assist in this.

You never see Eli Manning take hits because he is in an offense designed for him to get rid of the ball right away, we need that if we hope to have number 9 on the field more than on the sideline.

He was "healed up" and doing nicely last time...before he went back in and got hurt again.

At the very least we can say he is not rushing into a game before should like what could have happened last year. But Tony is no spring chicken and even if we take the clavicle issue and put it to bed and he never has a problem with it again...let's keep in mind that he DOES have a history of back problems and when 200+-300+ men are doing there best to know the stuffing out of you and you are not getting younger...chances are you are going to get hurt again.

Eli just throws it to the other team...I think the guy has lead the league in picks 2 of the last 4 years.

lol
I hear what you're saying....I just had to get an Eli jab in

Eli is the model for durability though, it must be in the Manning blood. If Romo had Eli's durability, we make the playoffs each of the last 3 years IMO.

Too late for this year but that better be the case for next offseason .

Romo's health is the difference between winning the East with relative ease......and 4-12.

I wouldn't say with ease but we could possibly win it if romo plays at least 14 games.

Love the guys. It really is a shame how this franchise has let him down on what could have been a hall of fame, stellar and winning career.
