He has already missed 15 games and the playoffs last year. Now he is facing another 10 games with no end in sight. It has to be maddening especially after all charges were dropped.

That's all it was ... click bait. It was utter nonsense. But it got the writer's story linked to subsequent stories on the matter.

I think he has a very good case that the league violated the terms of the CBA
Right or wrong, the rules in place at the time should be followed
If you don't like them then change them but the league can't just change them at the whim of the league
