Honestly...if you own all the Cowboys passing Records and you are coming after players named Troy and Roger that have multiple Championships he going to be judged unfairly. That's just the way it is. I hope he can get one...THIS YEAR!!!!

I hate when people say this. How about instead of buying into the stupidity, you do your best to educated the uneducated fans. Change "the way it is" instead of having the attitude of "Meh, it is what it is!". There's even been a change in the way media goes about talking about QBs, and they don't pile on Romo as much as they used to. Of course you still have your haters on national TV, like Faulk, but for the most part I think a lot of analysts are realizing Romo hasn't been the problem in Dallas.

And Troy Aikman was a first round draft pick. I expect championships from someone touted like he was and drafted so high.

Matt whatever....Its not like Tim Tebow was the QB here and the fans have no expectations....He does feel the pressure to win....Unfair or not...THAT is the way it is.

You just contradicted yourself by saying Aikman was a high draft pick and you expect Championships.

Tony doesnt feel any pressure. he's not a guy who cares about what morons say. Just like the "december collapse" that never happened and the team went undefeated.

He's going to go out there and play his best. Now, if the defense blows chunks and we end up in a 30 point hole, then ya, i expect him to start airing it out to try and do something. But a loss at that point wouldnt be his fault.

If the first pick in the draft goes on a QB, expectations are that that QB is going to help bring you a championship. That, to me, is not unfair. That's you getting value out of a draft pick even with the. However, despite most people, I don't think Aikman lived up to his draft pick even with the rings. That's unpopular with most Cowboys' fans, but I've argued this for years, I thought he reached his ceiling far too early in his career. So yeah, there is a little more to it than the bling on a QBs finger.

I say QBs are unfairly criticized because ALL wins and losses seem to go to them. If we lose Sunday, Romo could have a 158.3 rating, and the media will still find a way to pinpoint the game on him, because they don't analyze games.

Take the sack or the throw the ball away. Is all Romo has to do. They will be fine.

Oh, and hopefully the other 52 players do their jobs successfully too.. Naww.. Just blame it all on Romo.. It's easier that way. Less names to remember. LOL

Agree. We lose to Giants during 13-3 year.. Blame Romo. Not Crayton for stopping on his route when he was open...

Over the past few years, and especially this year, Romo has become Cool Hand Luke when facing other teams. He doesn't seem to rattle when they do something he doesn't expect.

Of Romo throws two pick six, then he might be responsible. If he plays like he played in December, this article is meaningless. Although the people who wrote it will continue to harp on Romo, even if it were the defense that loses the game.

What else is new. Earth shoes?
