Agreed. Giants winning is the best option.Hostile;3126703 said:I would rather the Giants win because I want to keep a 1 game buffer between us and the other NFC East teams.
Oh and I think this is Cowboys related, so I am moving it to the Fan Zone.

I feared that our team had no HEART last year. When we went to Philadelphia for the last game of the season, with everything on the line, against a hated rival and absolutely refused to even put up a fight...it was confirmed. Jerry Jones and co. made Terrell Owens the scapegoat for all the teams woes and said goodbye to his 30-some receiving touchdowns over the last three seasons.
Our deficiency in the DISCIPLINE department is well documented. We annually lead or are near the top of the league in penalties. Excessive penalties will beat you everytime. Flozell Adams has the blood of several offensive drives on his hands, alone. Adams couldn't have played for the Cowboys when Jimmy Johnson was here. When you factor in the rest of the team it illuminates the reality that this team lacks discipline...discipline that should be instilled by a strong Head Coach with the firm backing of the team's Owner.
Which brings me to BRAINS. The hierarchy of the whole Cowboys franchise is totally screwed up. Jerry Jones would rather serve his immense ego than winning. The harder he tightens his fingers around the power in this organization the more the success he truly desires slips through his fingers. How else can you explain some of his maneuvering? He hires an offensive coordinator before he hires the head coach then, saddles that head coach with said offensive coordinator. Yes, he's won 3 Super Bowls in his two decades of owning the team but he's also singlehandedly chased 3 potential HOF coaches out of Dallas with his constant meddling. Replacing guys like Johnson and Parcells with guys like Switzer and Phillips is just NOT good business. Instead of hiring qualified applicants he tends to hire more sycophants and yes men so that when things go sour they can be the fall guy and Jerry can bear no accountability.
Take a look around fellow Cowboy brethren. Look at the last five Super Bowl winners for example. None of their organizations are set up with one person being the owner, proprietor, general manager, executive CEO, offensive consultant, peanut vendor, defensive consultant, or whatever role Jerry chooses to play at any given time. If you look at how we're set up as an organization we are a lot more like the Raiders or the Browns than any of the last five champs.
Hell, if anyone takes up a collection for a bulletin board in Dallas, I'm in...
