Good teams know how to win in December and what to do, most are not at their peak, most are banged up, tired, and just want it more, but they are not at a peak.

You keep proving your an eagles fan but you dont have to, I get it, most here get it.

Knowledgable fans can say the Eagles are a good team, might be better in certain areas, I think this is the third time you screamed the Eagles are better and just leave it at that.

dude injuries are a part of the game. the Steelers were missing starters and had some that were banged up. using injuries as an excuse is a cop out.

Im not, but at the begining of the season, when you are at your peak, im not going to sit here and say the Eagles are better. I think we have a better QB, i think we have better RB's, and I think we have better TE's to get the job done. I like both offensive lines, and I prefer our defense more. So I cant sit here and say hes right before the start of the season.

I agree with you Joe. Philly is the team to beat in the NFC east.

They are until we prove otherwise. They beat us and went to the plyoffs. Not us. So they are ahead of us.

It is, but it doesnt happen all time, nor even to the SB. The year the Giants won, they won all of 4 good games and just beat a bunch of nobodies and cruised into the playoffs. Their SB was against us.

Sometimes you catch lighting in a bottle and go with it.

Than if we had won, their fan base would say well you beat use twice and the third was obvious, but the chips didnt fall that way.

Had we beaten the Eagles and lost in teh playoffs i wouldnt be any happier or screaming to the Eagles we are better. We just werent. I feel we stack up better than the eagles, but I appreciate Andy Reid as a HC, but i dont care for Jimmy Johnson.

I respect Brian Westbrook and I do Brian Dawkins, but I dont think the Eagles are better than us right at this minute.

I am far better relieved we got rid of Stewart and our ST guy and have better personel in. If we are goig to play with no DC, that might be for the better. I think our lower coaches are good and it would be good to see them get more of a chance in the organization.

I want to see more out of our Oline men, but i am hoping HH can get it in gear and losing Kosier and Hollland was big. We do need to get Adams replacement but ill take him for one more year.

We cant say the eagles are better than we are and the eagles cant say it either. We just dont know how well this team will play together. We cant predict how the play calling will be. Or how having Felix utilized better, or Roy Williams featured will impact our offense.

Its great how america is becoming the "you are more right if you scream loud enough" nation. Sorry it still doesnt fly.

We didnt get to see the end with Felix, we didnt have McBriar, we still didnt have Kosier or Holland, healthy and we still didnt have a healthy Romo, I still feel that finger was a problem.

Where we did suck was DC, gone, Tank Johnson, gone, ST coach gone, and depending on your views of Terrell Owens, but hes gone too. I still like Austin and think he can aspire to take over for Crayton, I still want to see what Hurd can provide, and if we get Boldin great, if not thats okay too.

I think our defense will be better and no one player we drafted today would make it supreme, nor any one saftey. I want depth and roster churning so bring on the camp fodder. I am fine with that.

The Cowboys dont draft based on your wants, they draft smart, or did you forget last year?

This year was not impressive no matter how ESPN put a spin on it.

why cause it's a new year? are the Lions and vikings equal too? they smashed us last year in a win and your in game, got a franchise Lt, a new rb, a new wr who McNabb is gonna hurt teams with. we have Roy Williams and we're gonna draft a bunch of bums in backups and st players tommorrow.
