I think he's more of a headache than Pickens. He was traded to the Eagles for that reason (just like Pickens was) and has shown out when the Eagles weren't winning and even when they have been.

I love George Pickens. Glad hes here. But im not gonna sit here and overrate him and undermine others to prop him up.

Several things can be true. Hes an elite receiver. He has played better than Ceedee IN STRETCHES. Hes had an amazing season.

Also what is true is that hes not a better receiver than the ones i named. He is a big risk to give an extension to. And it would be idiotic to trade away Lamb and extend this guy as if hes known to be this model citizen.

Trade away lamb and we will be back to crying for a WR2 to help Pickens

I think there are multiple receivers in the league on Lamb and Pickens' level and think we're nitpicking when we try to rate one over the other. What we know is that the team is better off with two No. 1-quality receivers and that is what this season is showing we have.

How we handle that from a contract standpoint, whether it's tagging him or giving him a long-term deal, is not something I'm really concerned about. I'm only concerned about keeping him. We do that and we can focus on holes elsewhere, specifically on defense.
