absolutely right.

And I hate talking about this but, against sf he ran a route, I think it is a 4 route to the sideline and from what laufenberg said and where romo threw the ball it was supposed to be a pump n go, but he never turned it up field and it was very similar. That play was on the second drive of the niners game.

Everyone has to get on the same page.

I don't think Romo and Owens have much chemistry on deep balls-remember in the Philly game last year on their opening drive, Romo missed him by almost a foot. Otherwise, it could have shot Philly's morale to ****, as their season was in the crapper. The same happened in the Buffalo game earlier that year when Owens had a step on McGee, and Romo underthrew him.

How does a DB with his back to the ball pick it? That would be one hell of a play.
As a DB, you're taught to turn around and play the ball with that much time going by. The guy was just in his grill and by all means, played good coverage. Owens just did what he does.

I understand that. Some one claimed owens prevented an INT. I was wondering how. The DB had his back to the ball, at worst it hit's him in the head.

Having seen the replay, the DB would have had one heck of a time turning around, and Owens made a heck of a catch.

I was at the game freezing my nuts off and when I saw the play and I immediately thought that this board was going to go nuts. I'm suprised that this wasn't brought up sooner. TO gave up on the play with the game on the line...plain and simple.

That's got to be impossible. He's a team guy.
