Jackson Jeffcoat is just another Martez Wilson. A lot of speed, but undersized and weak at point of attack. Was a mediocre player on a terrible Texas defense (pains me to say it, but it's true)

I don't usually pine for players, but I'd keep a close eye out for Michael Sam. The guy has 3 sacks in 3 preseason games and has been all over the field when he plays. I really can't understand how the guy lasted until the 7th round, but what's done is done. Fortunately for us, he's on the best D-line in the NFL and might not make the team. I think he'd instantly come in and be one of our best pass rushers.

Rumor is that he could be fighting for a 9th or 10th spot there and could be waived.

St. Louis has insane starters in Long and Quinn. He was always going to be a backup there. One thing we learned last year is that having quality depth is a MUST. I wouldn't expect him to be the next coming of Charles Haley or Demarcus Ware, but if he can provide quality snaps as a backup, yes, by all means, go after him

Knowing us, a smart team like New England will scoop him up off waivers and he'll become a quality rotation player for a strong D-line. I'm not saying the guy's a savior, but we all saw last year from Seattle that you need 7-8 guys capable of providing pressure.

I'll take whoever loses out on that final Rams roster spot between Sam and Westbrooks.

I would rather have Westbrooks.

You know, the undrafted free agent we lowballed.

Jackson Jeffcoat is one guy I would look to bring in however the speculation is that Michael Sam could end up getting caught in the numbers game in St. Louis despite the fact he has looked very good in pre season recording 3 sacks

I thought Uko looked good in college game footage. I didn't realize that he went undrafted.

Agree that he seems like an odd fit for a 3-4 defense. He looked like a 4-3 DT (3-tech) to me.

You guys really give New England a lot of credit. Since 2009 they've had some terrible drafts.......and thank goodness for Bellicheat and Brady because without that foundation.....i'd hate to see how bad they'd be.

I do think some moves are overrated, but I can't not give credit to flipping an aging All Pro one year before you'll be releasing him for a promising sophomore and a mid round pick.

I said it when he got drafted and to this day still believe Sam makes the STL final 53.
