I agree, we have done well but Dallas has to take it to the next level and to do that we need the players you mentioned and some others to step up and do the job.

I think the vast majority of the team is playing at a playoff level right now.

But the 3 players I mentioned have become liabilities rather than strengths, and we really depend on those three to fill their role appropriately. They all have the potential too.

If Roy Williams can punish teams for trying to take away Witten and Austin... that forces teams to cover us honestly. And Romo can have a field day.

If Scandrick can play like we thought he could before, we can be much more effective forcing the punt. Most of those 3rd down conversions were on Scandrick. He isn't playing well at all this year.

Nick Folk is missing things we can't afford to miss. I give him the 50+ yard kicks, but 30-40... you gotta hit...

like TNew on 3rd down...or Witten(assuming he is not really hurt) in general.. even Austin needs to figure out a workaround to double teams now

I would liek to see Spencer take down a QB, its sad when Carpenter has more sacks than you do. Im not saying Spencer isnt doing it, and sacks arent everything, but ya gotta do it once in a while.

I would like for Flo to get it and say im going to play my best for my last days and really give an effort. Who ever is his replacement next year, better start getting some work in.

I want more from Bennett too, you have to understand Witten commands coverage and is not going to be wide open anymore, you have to make plays so defenses start thinking about Bennett as well. This starts freeing up other players to do their job.

The offensive line has got to step it up and that falls on Houck, get this guys mentally ready. Stop with the penalties and stop costing us big plays.

I agree. I will say in the skins game we only had 6 penalties and only 2 on the offensive line.

Romo has got to see the field better and read the defense.He also needs to take the high percentage play when it's there instead of trying to force the big play.

Roy needs to make a few more of those catches.

Offensive line to needs to start playing better,they allow way to much penetration at the point of attack.Need to cut down on the mental lapses as well.

Defense needs to get better on 3rd down and forever,they allow to many of those plays to be converted.Even on some 3rd and forevers that have resulted in a stop they have given up big yards,there is no reason to give up 18 yards on a 3rd and 20.Point is 4th and 2 is too tempting to try and convert,4th and 10 is not that tempting.

Scandrick needs to work on his technique,he's just getting caught out of position.

3. Austin, I think he has gotten a free pass. He has not played well the past 3 weeks, needs to stop dropping passes.
