Can someone direct me to wear I can get these playoff tickets. I'm new to this.
I'm not sure if they go on sale to the general public, or not. I know ST holders have the option to buy them first, and I imagine the majority of them will do just that. @theebs can answer that better than I can.

I just purchased airfare (southwest) and booked a hotel in Houston...

Just in case
For real? I'm definitely driving down there if we make the appearance. It'll be overrun with Cowboys fans. I know a TON of people that will be tailgating down there for sure.

When I went to the eagles playoff game a few years back I bought my tickets off stub hub the day after they locked up the division.

That's my plan if they host the NFC championship

Fingers crossed

If you want to buy now at a price premium you can go to stubhub or NFL ticket exchange. Season ticket holders get advance purchase rights and put them on a contingent sale. You get a refund if the Cowboys miss the playoffs.

Option 2 is to wait for the game tickets to go on sale to the general public. Ticketmaster will have them on sale when the game is confirmed. They sell out quick so you have to get online and buy them fast.

Not sure. I haven't paid for mine yet to be honest. Probably will this week. Not sure what the cut off date is. I think there are only a few sections that are not season ticket holders in the upper decks so I imagine those are what are for sale initially and then whatever tickets are not bought by ST holders probably become available.

Yes. They have good seats available during that sales window. If you want upper level seats near 40 yard line, they were selling for around $90 back in 2014 for the Lions game.

Man that is really unbelievable. I'd pay that in a heartbeat and even if it went up to $200 it's a deal - especially for a Championship game.

Well that was wildcard game pricing. I think it goes up in each round. I would pay it too for a championship game.

Wow this is good stuff I thought the ONLY way to get them was to get them on stubhub and pay 300-400 bucks.

Do you have an idea on when they may go on sale? Is it usually after a team has officially clinched? I feel like I'd have to stay up all night continuously clicking "refresh" or something because I can't imagine them being available at those prices you mentioned for more than 10 minutes.

They will most likely go on sale the day after or during the week after a homefield game is clinched...just watch their website regularly and youll know before. They will release some to the public via ticketmaster, but they will be limited....usually just uppers unless you get extremely lucky. I went to the Detroit playoff game, but I ended up going through ticket exchange or ebay because I didnt want to sit upper deck corner endzone...which was all I got offered the moment they went on sale that year via ticketmaster. Its all Ive ever been offered for single game (regular season) tickets that get released just prior to a season starting as well...I didnt mind it so much for the regular season games of my choice last year (Giants, Eagles).

I have noticed some changes with ticketmaster recently though (avid concert goer) and they seem to be making it harder for the broker sites (bots) to snatch up all the tickets before the fan has a legitimate shot. :crossing fingers: If homefield throughout gets clinched the same week both games could go on sale at the same time....I know for those single games during the regular season that season ticket holders got a presale code to purchase additionals if they wanted a day or 2 before released to general public....if any of you guys get the same for additional playoff tickets I would greatly appreciate knowing what it is....

I already paid and received the playoff tickets c134. I haven't listed them yet on stub hub or ticket exchange yet. Trying to get an idea what to price it at considering face value is 350.

I think you should just sell them to me for $350...say the word.

This year the stars seem to be aligning for me to have the savings and availability to see our beloved Boys win a playoff game in Dallas.

I see that there are contingent ticket selling at stub hub before the playoff seeding is finalized. Has anyone gone this route before?

I want decent seats and I want to book my flight soonish but google isnt helping me a whole lot with how this works. Before I lay down some dough I wamted to see if any zoners have some sage advice.

Getting them early should save me money on the tickets as well as the flight, right?

It will secure seats where you want but it will NOT save you (on tickets) right now no matter where you get them.
