Please Help Out ArkLaTex Cowboys Fans

So, the station we always watch the Cowboys games on is now putting it to a vote between either the Cowboys/Washington game or the Saints/Tampa Bay game on the 22nd. KMSS is in Shreveport La. but serves East Texas and part of Arkansas. It is considered our "local" station and because of the "rules" it's just what we get. Now all of a sudden because the Saints are finally winning, it's become an issue about which game to show even though it's where we've watched the Cowboy games for years. So please help us out and give us a vote for the Cowboys, it only takes a minute, thanks

I live in Shreveport. There are more Dallas fans here, but these new saints fans are coming out of the woodwork like roaches. I never have really liked them and it's pretty pathetic that these "fans" want to watch them now. I'll vot for sure. If we lose I'll drive outside of the kmss range and watch us beat the crap out of Washington.

I voted Caryw. Be sure to keep bumping this thread one of the Saints boards had that link up asking for all Saint fans to vote. Good Luck hope the boys stay in the lead!!!

I wouldn't describe Saints fans in the same fashion , but I know exactly how you feel. It's the same way across the state from you. Even as late as fifteen years ago, it was still difficult to find very much New Orleans apparel and memorabilia in local stores. Now, it's everywhere.

The Saints are the ugly ducklings of the NFL. Their franchise finally matured. That's great for them, but it's tough on the fans of franchises like Dallas which grew up decades before they did.

You're the second poster whom I've read today who has referred to that hellish storm. I don't get it. Being a Mississippi native, I would think that making even the slightest joking inference about that storm would be in bad taste, especially after how it positively ravaged both Mississippi's gulf coastline and the central portion of the state. I dislike the Saints and their on-and-off again popularity, but never to that degree.

Great advice. I've had it for ten years after starting out with it on my old C-Band satellite system first. If you want to see just the team that you like the most every time, NFLST is the way to go. Now, if I can just get Directv to stop messing up my SuperFan service, everything would be perfect.

Just voted for the Cowboys game.
I thought the NFL would control what games gets shown and where [since they want to control everything else]. Maybe some areas they don't, or it's about equal distances between the teams, so the contract gives them the right to choose.
