On the play that yhe fumbled, I replayed it, he had 2 seconds to throw, TWO!!!!! This is not his fault, a QB needs a goot 3-5 seconds the majority of the time.

He also took over 4 seconds earlier. On that play he wasn't to blame, but he's VERY slow getting rid of the ball and he definitely contributes to the number of sacks.

Well THAT one wasn't his fault, because Polite totally turned his guy loose. But on too many others, Bledsoe just refuses to throw it away.

A guy doesn't get sacked as much as he does and it isn't his fault. C'mon. Use common sense. He either is holding on to the ball too long or isn't reading the blitz right and calling an audible or hitting the hot receiver. Don't make excuses for him. he's been in the league too long for that. Yes, the OL breaks down at times, but it's his fault, too.

Once this Offensive line starts to gel the Boys will be hard to beat!

If that day coincides with the day that Drew Hutchsoe is no longer the starting QB.

I'm not worried about the offense. I want to see the defense gel. I know it will happen, but, as usual with Cowboys fans, it's not fast enough.

Shouldn't Bledsoe have thrown to Key on that blitz? His guy was the blitzer, so he should have been the hot receiver. I did see Keys arm go up(like he's open)

A couple of the sacks were definitely on Bledsoe but this was not a banner day for the OL. Overall he did a good job of delivering accurate passes and not putting the ball up for grabs. Made some good throws in the red zone.

POLITE WHIFFED ON LAST.

Bledsoe half won the game - Have to look but his QB rating has to be in mid 100's.....

Bledsoe contributes to the sacks. But the flip side is that when he's got time he's hitting guys in stride and throwing an awesome ball. For every sack he caused, he made 3 or 4 really good throws. I want him to improve, but at this point I'll take it. His throws outweigh his tendency to hold the ball.

What were you watching? 3Td's, no ints, 143 QB rating. 28 points and a win. And you feel a need to mock him?

Have a terrible evening glooms, I'm on cloud 9 as we won a tough game, (on the road)

Bledsoe still makes rookie mistakes.......when he has time....he throws a nice ball down field.....he can't throw the flat worth crap.....and threw a few our receives had to dig out of the ground. Our receivers played well especially Crayton.

i agree with you nors on this one that bledsoe played a great game today. he made plays and did not turn the ball over. he will give up a few sacks this year because of his slow release but i will over look the sacks if he continues to put up numbers and points like we had today. great win for us.

I agree JD, he does hold onto the ball a little too long, I caught myself screaming for him to get rid of it, at least twice, at least...

but...he really needs time, cuz when he sits back and waits, he usually finds some big plays, when he has the time to do that...

His release is not slow.... he jsut holds on till the last second. Parcells will break him out of that habit.

...Bledsoe knew that Polite was to cover his backside. He would watch the penetration from his front side. Polite didn't even whiff on the blitzer he just made as stance and watched the guy go by.

Yeah, his release looks fine to me. He got rid of the ball very quickly on a couple of plays. He just holds it and waits for someone to come open, and if nobody is he holds it some more. His patience is a bit of an achilles heal, and Parcells will definitely be hammering it into his head to simply throw it away sometimes.
