Please tell me Dez made the top 50...

I don't think Jason Witten, Dez Bryant, Anthony Spencer, nor Tony Romo made this list.

Some of you only take these lists seriously when a Cowboy player is left off it. There were 5 WR's last season who had more yards and catches than Dez. The list is the top 100 "players" for the 2012 season so if a player has several players at their position who had more productive seasons it's going to be hard to make that list.

Dez didn't even make the pro bowl and his 2012 season didn't start off great with his brain lapses vs Chicago on a Monday Night game in week 4 in which he received a lot of criticism. He came on and had a very good productive season and is clearly a player on the rise but with the Cowboys continuing to miss the playoffs and Dez not making the pro bowl it wouldn't surprise me if he's omitted from this list.

The pro bowl voting started before Dez really got going, so I think Dez will definitely make the list, along with Witten & Ware. Witten broke records this season so there's no way he's left off the list.

According to some in the league Dez is overrated and that is beyond me.

I haven't watched any of that crap of a show the top 100, chances are Witten, and Ware makes that crap list but Tony, and Dez will not be on it IMO.

The NFL Network has all kinds of ranking lists so if Romo keeps packing on the pounds the way some think he is he might make an NFLN top fattest QB's list. By next offseason he might be sandwiched somewhere between Jamarcus Russell, Rohan Davey and the 270 pound Jared Lorenzen.

My sentiments exactly I love Dez but these list take a little reputation too, his day will come but for this year it will only be Romo and Witten I don't even this Ware makes the list this year.

It is a pretty entertaining show. I enjoy how they do the top 100 every year. It's one of my favorite offseason time killers to watch.

I agree. I'll record every single series and watch them several times. Hard to turn the channel when you're hearing what all these NFL players think of each other.

So yes, any sane person would have Dez Bryant on the 2013 list.

And, btw, if you are a top 5-6 WR, then most certainly you should make a top 100 list. Depnding on the offesnive set, anywhere from 2-4 WRs are on the field at one time. That makes up 9-18% (minimum) of the players on the field..or 9-18 WRs. I'm sure at least 9-10 would make the top 100 list.

Also, I think these are voted for by the players--who only get the chance to watch a very, very small sample of the players not on their schedules. I like that they have a player vote, but it also has it's limits.

Just an example; Mike Vick (a player favorite) STILL made the top 100.

I haven't watched any of these top 100 lists but I believe it's the "players" that are doing the voting.
