Associated Press reports James Plunkett Jr., son of Jim Plunkett, was arrested on sexual assault charges and accused of choking a woman. He was arrested on suspicion of assault with intent to commit rape and inflicting injury. He was later released in lieu of $50,000 bail. An arraignment has been scheduled for March 13.
