Well, I'm curious as to what the majority of this board feels we should do with the two main components of our coaching staff.

Do you want Garrett gone, or Wade? Or both? Or neither?

I think Stewart and Garrett needs to go. Wade needs to be demoted to DC, and Shannahan needs to be HC. I was all for Garrett, but there is no excuse for the offense performing as poorly as it did late in the season. That's on Garrett and some very questionable playcalling. It didn't seem like he was putting players in position to succeed.

Just Wade, I absolutely hate that guy. Undisciplined and ill prepared. I would have fired him when he said he didn't fully prepare his team to play the Rams. I can't recall another coach saying something similar.

I keep them both, unless Garrett is offered a head coaching job elsewhere. If that happens then I'd want Wade gone and Garrett promoted to HC.

Many of them but Garrett is at the top. I can live with Wade because a team with leadership can offset his personality (but is dangerous in the long term). Stewart needs to go though. Wouldn't mind seeing Wade gone though. In fact, would love it.
