If I could have my dream come true, it would be to have Jerry Jones gone. That would rid the team of the biggest cancer of all. But, I voted for Wade to be gone. His comical new tough guy approach will be laughed at by the players and not taken seriously. This team will be 5-11 next year with Captain Cream Puff back.

Jerry needs to be completely gone. If Jerry were to hire a GM, it would be a puppet, and Jerry the owner can always override a GM. Jerry needs to be completely GONE! Until King Jerra is gone, the Cowboys will just be a tease every year or a complete joke. I hate saying that, but at least Jerra is extremely old and it is only a matter of time before Stephan takes over and we have an owner that cares about this team.

I refuse to believe this idea of thinking. He may be part to blame, but to think that a GM/Owner is the reason we havent won a playoff game in 12 years is ridiculous. He did a GM's job. Get talented players.

They just got out coached and out performed this year.
