Pop up problem

I click on a wp and when image shack comes up,so does a pop-up that reads fast/mediaclick blah! blah!. It usually is caught before hand.

now it seems to get through. I use adaware/macafee/spybot/ietrust antivirus protection. Ran them all nothing. Any suggestions to rid this. Thanks

I usually use Microsofts antispyware now called Windows Defender. It's a free download.
