I wanted to join the fun in creating my mock...its been a while.

First comments may be that Wentz will be gone to the Browns with number 2 overall, but if he's not we jump on it!

Thoughts?

1.4) Carson Wentz (QB) - North Dakota State
Unless we could get Goff in the second, which won't happen, Wentz is the only QB I even consider in this draft…two years behind Romo and he will be a good one. Of course Cleveland has to pass on him…big IF.

2.3) Kenny Clark (DT) - UCLA
Can play 1T or 3T…position flex we seem to covet, if we don’t land another DE, Crawford can move out to LDE and Clark would play 3T.

3.4) Devante Booker (RB) - University of Utah
My UTE RB! He will be the stud workhorse we need.

4.3) Nick Vigil (LB) - Utah State
Future Mike LB...RO is on one year deal for a reason…all he does is make tackles from sideline to sideline.

4.37) Eric Murray (CB) - Minnesota
Gophers' best defensive back of the year. Good ball instincts despite only two picks. Coaches favorite in terms of work ethic.

6.14) James Crowser (DE/OLB) - Southern Utah
Taking chance on small school stud here. Very athletic tweener DE/OLB.

6.37) Tyvis Powell (S) - Ohio State University
Productive Ohio Safety with good size.

6.41) Joe Dahl (T/G) - Washington State
Most likely will kick inside to Guard in NFL…strong pass blocker in pass happy league.

6.42) Jared Norris (LB) - University of Utah
Another UTE homer pick…he is highly instinctive and productive though.

Nice job! Would love Wentz! Vigil is my pet cat and it would be great if Powell lasted till the 6th.

I will take it. Even if the Browns take Wentz, I would take Goff at 4. I think he will be a good one also with our OL and WRs

Although I'm not opposed to taking linebackers, I think two might be too many this year. We've got Lee, McClain, Hitchens, Wilson, Wilber and Gachkar. At the most, only one more LB is likely to make the roster and we've got last year's draft pick Mark Nzeocha to contend for that spot.
