Hey guys, in addition to the resigning of some of our own players here are some guys at positions of need that could be interesting:

WR
Pierre Garcon - Yes, he's 31 but had over 1,000 yards last year. Great route runner.
Desean Jackson - 30 years old but still has deep threat ability
Josh Gordon - Can he actually stay on field? Doubtful, but worth checking into
Cordarelle Patterson - Cowboys loved him in draft, great return guy and is only 26. Had best year receiving in his career last year
Kenny Stills - Only 25 still and is a viable deep threat

DE
Demarcus Ware - Wants to be here and will be on the cheap. 20 snaps a game guy
Nick Perry - Had best season of career. Solid all-around
Jabaal Sheard - Up and down year for Pats but solid rotational guy

CB
Logan Ryan - Only 26 and is a solid cover guy
Alterraun Verner - Top free agent couple years ago didn't live up to contract. But he's solid and only 28
Dre Kirkpatrick - Battled some injuries early in career, but has played good when healthy
Prince Amukamara - Really good season and is only 28

S
DJ Swearinger - Big hitter and showed reliability in coverage this year
John Cyprien - Really talented kid that is still only 27
Jahleel Addae - Broke collar bone and missed half the year but was really good when he played
Tony Jefferson - Just turned 25, had huge year

Time will tell what kind of bargains some are. Salaries are going up for second contract players so many may not be near as cheap as one would think they may be

How do you feel about Sheldon Richardson for 4th rounder?

I think Perry and Kirkpatrick are gonna get paid.

I think we were high on Cyrpien coming out. Wouldnt be surprised if he is on our list.

Writer on twitter was discussing that they wouldn't be surprised if they heard from the jets about him again considering they're having a fire sale.

Cordarelle Patterson please. He first got my attention when he was in Tennessee. He's a return specialist with good speed and can catch a ball. I look at him as an upgrade from Lucky.

I'll keep bringing it up since someone told me about it...

Tank Carradine.

Blue chip attributes that have been miscast for years-- could pry away from a terrible SF team.

Wow. Good thought. Tank is a very interesting candidate.

No thanks, he does not even have a 10 cent head more like 1 cent head. heard and saw some things in a chat and sports talk, he has to be told where to line up from the sideline.

I have been thinking about Richardson. The thought of pairing him with Collins inside is very tempting. On the other hand, would it be a Hardy situation all over again?

He's coachable. We don't need a rocket scientist but it doesn't hurt that he runs like a rocket.

I really do not want to spend money on a WR this year, simply because there are so many good ones coming out in the draft. We could easily get our Williams replacement in the 2nd to 4th rounds. The only way I would be interested in a WR is to bring Patterson in a fairly cheap deal to be a Lucky/Butler replacement to give us a dynamic return game and to maybe upgrade our 4th receiver.

He has to be told that he has to line up on on the line. He usually lines up on the side of the formation closest to his teams sideline.

Just about every other play you see Dak telling someone where to line up. This guy will fit right in.
