This is the type of person we need to be looking at a coordinator that has done very well be it offense or defense

He has been with Vermiel who is a very very good coach

Notice his loss of magic had something to do with losing half his starters or so to graduation and/or NFL. He did a very good job this year with a redshirt fresh QB, and alot ALOT of young players.

THis is the most idiotic thing I've ever seen posted here. He is a college coach, they recruit the talent it takes for them to win. The man singlehandedly built that team from the ground up. Of course his talent won it for him, what college coach doesnt have talent win for him.

Hitta, your the idiot, always trying to badmouth everyone. OU always has talent, been raiding the Texas boys for 50 years. My point is that even with the rich OU talent, they have been totally embarassed the last few years by USC, you have to be at least competitive in those games.
