Possible OLB?

This idea is completely out there, but I thought I'd at least bring it up for discussion to see what you guys think. What about Antwan Peek from the Texans. He had 6 sacks last year as a 3-4 OLB and the Texans are no longer using that defense. He's a restricted FA, so we'd probably have to give up something, but I have no idea what his tendered offer was. Would it be worth it to at least look at him? He's only 26 and seems like a talented player without a role in Houston's new defense.

THe perfect 3-4 linebacker. I love the idea. 6'3 240 /4.54 (40)/1.54 10yd dsh/. Get er done Jerruh!!

And it stated in that Houston Texans site that the Patriots were interested in Peek.....just not for the 1st rd pick.

hes not worth a first rounder, but i think he could possibly be a good fit at the other OLB spot opposite ware. hes got good speed and athleticism. I remember when they played against seattle on sunday night though they said something about him not playing to his potential or expectations, thats something that concerns me about him

I live in Houston and my brother and dad are Texans fan. I watch a lot of Texans game with them. Let me tell you this guy is serious bad news. He is a bone head. He is always getting roughing the passer and other late hit penalties, and tries to start fights, etc. Basically he is a thug. Also he isn't very good in coverage. Definately not worth a 1st, my brother hates him. He said he would be thrilled if NE would offer a 3rd for him.
