Post-Game thoughts

1) Let´s kick W.Phillips out of HC job and put Jason Garrett there.

2) We are the Indianapolis Cowboys or Dallas Colts, name us how you like, but we look a lot like them, (2 years ago I.Colts at least) High Powered O, and our D... well.....

3) Now talking seriously, we need T-New back in there ,and Fergie´s injury only means a lot more of trouble for our troubled D. I wonder how deep in the playoffs can we go (if we ever get in there) with this style or quality of Defense...

my 2 cents:

1) Giants are not even a really good team and put up 35 on us. D will need some major help. Wade's D didn't fool anyone tonight.

2) Our offense will have to win most games for us this season....not good for SB potential, but should take us to 10-6.

3) Thank god for Marion Barber. He's the horse and the spark of our offense. We don't win this game w/out him.

4) Nice seeing Witten back as the premiere target. He opens the outside for the WRs and keeps the middle well manned.

5) I think as a Parcells team, we crack in this game. There was a different tone in this game from last year. Players took responsibility and Romo looked upset about the int, but we didn't mope, we came back out and fired away.

6) should get a win next week if the same O shows up.

The one thing about the play-calling that I didn't like was when Romo threw that INT....we had a 10 point lead and around 5:00 minutes to go. I figured we'd start milking the clock.

I thought the same. But I guess I'd much rather be aggressive than go into a shell too early. How many times did we try to sit on a lead in the Parcels era just to squander it away?

I am not sure if there was 5:00 minutes left... thought it was more.... but you are right... we needed to start milking the clock. Take a page out of the triplets page book.

I think Garrett was going for the kill. So I like that.

Many on this board need to get a grip. Yeah the offense was great but who knows next week the team may beat miami 9-6, then everyone will second guess the offense and say, "well the D looked improved." The true character of this team is undefined at this team and at the quarter mark of the season you will know what type of team this until then reserve judgement

Under BP we wouldve gone conservative, especially right after the int.,

As Wade said, his job is to put people in position to succeed.........and that includes Garrett and Brian Leonard............
