Hilarious. It was to show the point that it is an extremely easy adjustment that anyone who plays video games would have known

I play with my nephew who is 9 and he does this very thing. He can figure it out. Why can’t our coaching staff figure it out?
You are wrong for the same reason playing "Call of Duty" doesn't qualify you to go fight a war for your county's professional military. It's make believe... not real.

I think you are missing my original point.

I obviously understand that madden isn’t like real life. That is not groundbreaking news.

My point was that children who play madden, a video game, would have known what to do in that situation. Our coaching staff didn’t! Your response was “Lol this isn’t Madden!”

That response would have worked if I said something ridiculous like: “Let’s Trade Dez for the first overall pick, Draft a QB, trade Dak to the browns for their next three number 1 picks, and rebuild the defense this way. Flip Taco for a number one and trade Switzer to the Patriots for a 2nd rounder. Trade Terrance Williams and a 2nd Rounder to the Chiefs for Alex Smith and Eric Berry”

But I hardly said anything like that.

You compared Madden to real life so stop pretending you didn't now.

We did give Chaz some help. But when you do it hurts the entire offense. One less route runner. Someone else has less help. You're more predictable.

In any case Chaz had an all time poor performance.

They gave him help when the game was close to being out of reach.

And clearly, they didn't give him enough help if he gave up 6 sacks and numerous other pressures.

Bad LT play yesterday, bad coaching.

That has nothing to do with the conversation that you inserted yourself into. You said the Americancowboy was right but you obviously didn't even read what he said if what you wrote above is your response. Madden is not exactly like real life. What anyone else said has absolutely zero to do with the point I made. But rather than comprehend what I actually said, you'd rather make up your own argument and just say anything. You seem to like to argue without considering if you are actually countering someone else's point. Blather blather blather... just as long as you get to hear yourself argue, you think you are making a point.

No, the issue here is that you focused on the non-important part of his post. His Madden comment was simply a tongue in cheek commentary on the fact the coaching staff failed to make adjustments that most fans knew needed to happen.

But it's really not surprising that what you want to argue about is how Madden isn't like real life. You will likely now spend pages arguing over something that most people understood clearly. You will argue over the most unimportant part of his post, missing the larger discussion, the more important discussion. I mean that pretty much sums you up to a tee.

It's probably inability to create help in rhis stupid as 90s playbook of garrett.

It's unacceptable. Garrett has to go.

The Madden comment was my only point. Any other argument you think I am making is only in your own head, crazy man. If the voices in your head are telling you I am making any other point then they are lying to you once again. "Call of Duty" doesn't qualify you to go lead mean in battle and Madden doesn't qualify you to know how to actually fix the problems of the Dallas Cowboys.

The fact you want to focus on the Madden part of his comment shows how petty you are. That's the point.

On not giving Chaz Green any help on that side. Why are our coaches so dense to see things everyone else can see? Seriously. No adjustments EVER. How does this coaching staff of a world class organization get a free pass every time?

They dont. Garrett gets hammered up and down all over the place on here and in the media. The ONLY reason clappy the clown gets a free pass is because of Jones.

Funny to hear some of the biggest homers on here make excuses for him. As if there isnt enough "data" on clappy the clown already.

I'm petty but you are still arguing. Someone is in love with the sound of his own thoughts.

Between Dallas and Cleveland...we might be tied for worst coaching...except Dallas has some excellent talent that just needs better coaching to get them to the next level. In the end, blame ownership, they have been delivering garbage for 20+ years now...

Garrett may have not given Green help, but he's not really an X's and O's type of coach. I'm sure he was trying his best to motivate him, though.

And what kind of an idiot is calling timeouts and keeping his franchise QB in the game with 4 minutes to go down 27 to 7? Garrett is 100% a complete and total moron.

Perfect time to put Rush in there and let him get some reps.
