^bingo^. Yup I never understood how guys like Broaddus thought our safeties looked bad so far. I watched them actually do ok and have a couple break ups. Like you said, its a numbers thing and really, a golden opportunity to get better and add depth/quality at the same time. I said this on another thread..I would prefer to keep both Kazee and Hooker on a pitch count, thus rotating them in on sub packages..ie dime and nickel, in order to preserve them coming off of those injuires. Looks like the staff may agree with us. Its smart really. While I love israel M and Coyle, those guys will likely begin on ST to earn their way at first, same with Kearse. So that is to your point and reasoning.
Broaddus has historically been wrong.
