If you want to know why Ike Holt is the coolest Cowboy ever, go to Youtube and search: Kelvin Martin Cowboys. It should bring up his punt return against the Eagles. This is but a sample of Holt's greatness.

Nice block. I remember he used to block punts and kicks every now and then.
Wish we had some ST players like the good old days.

This will be his 21st season. He's played more consecutive games (320) than anyone in NFL history.

I just finished looking at the ESPN coverage of the sale of the Cowboys to Jerry Jones, very interesting...

Yeah, I found that too. I had never seen it before.

I also watched Troy get killed while throwing a TD pass against the Cardinals. I had heard of that, but never seen it before. Pretty cool stuff. Troy was one tough son of a gun.

I was at this game,in the 700 level.I saw the flag and thought it was coming back.It was freezing cold with the wind that day,but so worth it.One of the best games I've ever been to.Beuerlein vs. Kemp Michael Irvin was awesome that day.

I was at this game, on the lower level, 15 yard line, Cowboys sideline. K-Mart caught the punt right in front of us. I was in the aisle seat and could see the hole open that he ran through. I was jumping up and down screaming Go-Go-Go!! It was soooo awesome. Speaking of Ike Holt. In addition to his awesome hit, he had a punt block for a safety that day as well.
There was nothing better than seeing the e-gals fans walking out with their heads down, and crying.
Another cool thing was that as the last 1-2 minutes ticked off the clock, about 15 thousand Cowboysfans gathered behing the Cowboys bench. Emmit and others noticed us all, going crazy, and jumped up into Bill Bates' arms while waving a towel to salute us. That day, we owned the Vet and there wasn't a Texas plate in the parking lot. That's why we ARE America's Team.

Great clips. Scanning the sidelines you can see many former Cowboy greats.

Loved the Cowboys vintage special teams, esp. Kenny Gant and his killer shark dance. This team needs some of that charisma back on ST.

this is why if i have a son, I want him to become a kicker or punter. Sure the job isnt glamarous and you get laughed at by other football players....but if you are good enough, you can make it to the NFL and last 2 decades....make some nice money, and still get some hot ladies along the way. Plus, as a kicker/punter, you don't go through so much hitting and body mangling. Your body is pretty much preserved when you retire.

Ike Holt yelling at the Eagles DB from the sidelines, to "Get back on the Lucky Charms box!!" after he got burned for a big completion in the 95 Div PO, is why I Like Ike!
