Ray Lewis. I have no idea if he can coach or not or has any brain cells left, but he might kill someone at halftime. That could be very motivational for the other players (not wanting to be killed too).

Also he would add to the Dallas circus. Lots of talk about this hire, for all the wrong reasons of course.

I prefer Jim Leonard or Matt Patricia. Leonard is accomplished enough, yet young enough to still be hungry to prove himself. If he is a success as DC for the most visible franchise in the NFL. It could propel his career to a head coaching job. What the roster lacks can be made up with the attractiveness of two first round picks and a whole draft and free agency devoted to overhauling the squad. It shouldn’t be that hard to improve the last years effort either.

I want Jim Leonhard. He’s been on ky wish list all season and things are still lined up so I see no reason to change horses.

He’s smart, young has potential at DV and eventually HC.

Played in the league ten years as a journeyman who got by on being smart and working hard because his physical gifts were average. Three sport athlete from a town of 105 and the coaches son.

Hits all those stereotyped cliches but went on to be highly successful at Div1 coaching (Wisconsin) and now learning from the best in Denver, with Joseph and Payton.
