Well Den the next 2 are GB and Cinn, so might as well say 2-4 ?

Just calling it how I saw it last year. Yes anticipation is high following the draft and it always is but I see nothing to lead me to believe anything has changed from last year with exception to healthier players. I'll give you this. As long as TR is healthy, we'll be competitive in every game until the end. that said, TC is long and tedious and usually we have 1 or 2 impact players go down to injury. Knock on wood.

I like it....I'm on aboard with giving this guy the ball as much as possible.....I don't really want to hear about "Future, and wear and tear".....I just don't want to hear it....

I would love to see him touch it 30. That's what I want out of this offense...

But, even I concede....30 is a lot..... maybe get Morris, DMC involved a little...but only if these guys earn it......and that includes EE.

I really want to see Morris involved a LOT in the Skins game. Showing them what he can do with a real line and a real QB.

I think Morris is a great fit here and Dallas....but just because I think that, doesn't make it so. I like Morris, a lot.....I wanna see him have a significant role...

That would be nice for us fans and for Morris, but Elliott is a far better back and makes the offense more difficult to defend with him in there. I'm thinking he'll get the lions share of the carries.

Having said that, Morris will get some opportunities and will have a chance to break off a few good runs.

Even just having something like 8 carries for 50 yards would make Commander fans feel that Morris, with more chances to run the ball would have gashed them all day. That would be good enough for me assuming Dallas wins and Easy E gets his yards.

well I thought most would say 4-0, so I am surprised by responses.
Thing is we all think the bears and SF are the sure easy wins, but they might not be.

I can see cowboys thinking they are easy wins too, and maybe not prepare enough.

If we are way up, then no issues give him a rest. But 25 rushes and 5 receptions is really not all that much in a game. You have to figure they are going to run the ball 35 to 40 times a game if things are going well? And if he isnt running the ball and they are playing catch up, he will be catching out of the backfield. I agree about the workload. Give it to him until he drops. Its the ONLY way to justify the #4 pick in the draft. He has to be a total stud and make a huge difference. He has to be the leader of this offense the way that I see it. Emmitt Smith type of workload and impact. The only side point is that Morris can really run the ball. He will flourish in this offense behind this line. I dont see too much of a drop off in the run game when he comes in. McFadden I just dont like.

I agree 100%. But even the Great Emmitt had a few games to .....adjust. But youre right. EE needs to show up..... and he needs to do by at least game 8. Thats the deadline I pulled out of my.........:) Give the rook a chance.. but. with #4 pick; as a RB; He better not take too long..

Some may call that unrealistic, and unfair. I call it reality.

Yah......But Emmitt wasn't as highly touted as Zeke is. They have been jumping up and down and bragging their butts off about Zeke is going to help the defense and all this and that. If they bring him along slowly, Im going to throw up. I still cant forget how Garrett let Murray rot on the bench for several games until the first two backs got hurt. And then how he used him sparingly the next few years. None of that better happen with Zeke. Although no doubt the peaceful folk around here will claim its exactly what they should be doing.

agreed, no telling how they will use the backs.
It will be interesting to see how they use them.
EE needs enough carries to get in a rhythm.
Then if he gets winded bring one of the others in just to rest him, then put him back in.

LOL. I think Emmitt sort of surprised everybody. He wasn't suppose to be ......what he became.
And I agree. I will throw up too.....get him out there, and get him the ball!!!! anything else, and I will be disappointed.

Definitely. But for my money, this cat better not got winded often. And I would hate to think he needs a lot of carries to get into a rhythm.

Giants play well in Dallas. Lost in 2014 because TE fumbled twice. Lost in 2015 because of bad coaching. This is the only one of the first 4 I worry about.

Giants 31 Cowboys 27

Cowboys are road warriors with Romo at the helm.

Dallas 27 Washington 17

Chicago will miss Forte.

Dallas 34 Chicago 20

Chip has real problems for some reason with the Cowboys defense. Some of his lowest scoring games in the NFL were against Dallas.

Dallas 28 SanFran 13
