The NFC South probably puts two in because NO and TB are both bad teams. The other wild card almost has to come from either the West or the North, because I don't think there's a particularly good team in the East right now much less two.
Falcons, Packers, and Cardinals look like locks to make the playoffs (if all stay relatively healthy)...
Other than that, it's still anybody's to take... There are currently 9 NFC teams sitting at 2 wins, with the Vikings currently holding the advantage for the last WC spot because they have one less loss at 2-2...
Carolina will come crashing back to earth now that their schedule is getting tougher, but they are still real contenders for a WC... I'm not too worried about the Saints or Bucs staying in the WC race... I also expect Minnesota to fade out towards the end of the season, same with the Bears... Both Seattle and the Rams are real contenders for the WC... Which leaves the East... Unlike you, I think the teams in the East like the Eagles and Giants are better than the North teams like the Vikings and Bears... You would think that Seattle would be better than teams like the Eagles and Giants, but much like the Eagles, they appear to have lost their mojo... Other than that, I also think the Eagles and Giants are on par with the Rams... As for the Cowboys, they don't look like they could contend for anything lately, but both Dez and Romo should be back on the field for the last 7 games, and when at full strength, Dallas is as good or better than any of the other Wild Card contenders.
All I know is that I think Dallas will either win the division, or they will be a Wild Card, but they'll get in... We're still in decent shape in both the WC and division races, and we only have 4 more games without Romo, and probably less without Dez, and all 4 games are as winnable as any games on our schedule... Plus on paper, you would think that the schedule after Romo returns is full of games in which we'll be favored and probably should win...
