Well, he better hit the film room and find out where he went wrong.

Looking at the running game and watching how often TO goes in motion would be a good start.

Lions seem to be looking for a defensive minded coach. I think Garrett would be a longshot there.

Take a look at Ken Whisenhunt's Steelers Offenses in 2006. 2007 he got the Cards job. 2008 he's in the NFC Championship.

Was he a rube in 2006 who got interviews he didn't deserve? Same logic.

I agree with you on that prediction.

I think Terrell Owens' PR campaign against Jason Garrett makes it really risky to bring him back. That is cause, alone, to icut him. How do you think Jason Garrett felt about being blamed by Owens on national television or after games? No other player in the NFL could get away with the stuff Owens does.

Jerry,

Do Jason Garrett and your entire team a favor, cut iOwens. Send the team a message. iplayers can hit the road.

I would be happy if Garrett can work in peace and not have to appease that iselfish player.

Romo did the same thing. My guess is that they'll both be professionals about it.

Spagnuola is the wildcard, since his team just got dumped from the playoffs too.

I agree Woody's Girl: Spagnuola will definately get a hard look from the Lions, but why do you think he hasn't snagged a top job yet? Weak interviewer maybe? I'm kind of surprised actually.........

Yes. Romo did it, too. However, I've seen Manning talk about "protection issues" after a tough loss. After getting the crap beat out of him, I give Romo a pass.

However, Terrell Owens' track record speaks for itself. If the ship starts taking on water next year, like it did this year, Terrell Owens will be doing situps in his driveway.

This team isn't going anywhere until it stops revolving around a 36 year old, diva, WR. Owens is killing the lockerroom and the team, imo. He has taken a toll.
