Early projections on teams to improve the most in terms of wins from last season?

I'm going with the Jets (Maybe +5/6) and then Houston, New Orleans & Miami as well (+3/+4)

Rams were really slammed by injuries last year, so they're my pick. Miami is a no-brainer just because they have so far to go. Carolina should be better, though it won't show much in the W/L column. Jets are in a similar boat with Carolina now that they have a QB.

Browns & Jets in the AFC. Browns will come around. If only the Jets could get a running game. Bonus prediction: Indy is going down.

I can't see Houston improving that much from their 8-8 record last year. They can be a better team and still go 8-8 this year.

My other team would be the Giants - they are not gonna make the playoffs this year........write it down.
