It’s just preseason game 1 where no game plan is put in place or real aggressive calls but here we can almost guarantee these outtakes will be posted tonight.

- Joe Miltons awful. If Dak gets hurt
seasons done
- Another completion. Here’s the bend don’t break we’re all afraid of on defense
- Schottys offense is light years above McCarthys and it’s just the preseason!
- Wish the FO had gotten a good RB this offseason
- Diggs better get healthy fast, these DBs can’t cover
- Why won’t we show the pistol or read option like Schotty promised?!
- These rookies are busts.

Any other overreactions we should look out for tonight?

“Championship!” will be posted several times

“Culture!”

“Camp Cupcake!”

Mazi is a bust

Diggs/Micah are ungrateful. Cut out the cancer

Milton should start. Cut Dak

It’s going to be the same as usual with some fans getting carried away if the Cowboys look good tonight and screaming the sky is falling if they look bad. Some fans will raise their expectations for the season if the team plays well, even though it’s going to be mostly all backups and bubble guys playing. If the team looks exceptionally good, you might have a couple of fans talking Super Bowl.

If we stink, some fans will act like the sky is falling. If Milton looks real good, you’ll have some fans claiming he’s better than Dak and should be the starter. lol If you’ve been posting here long enough, you know how it goes on this board. You have a lot of fans who live in the moment.

Some udfa or 7th rounder will have a good game (as happens every year, with every team), and the Gomers in here will start predicting great things for him, as if they've never in their life seen some rando have a good preseason, only to fade into oblivion never to be heard from again.

Most fans from other teams (except for the ones who are 13 and have no experience) pay no attention to preseason one hit wonders, but Cowboy fans are very Charlie Brown-ish and fall for it over and over and over as if they've never seen it before.

Only about 10% of what will get posted will be rational thinking.
That’s pretty much every day here. It may raise to 15% to 20% during the week, but on game days fans lose all sense of reality. You can blame some of it on alcohol.

The rationalization will go this way:

1. If the Cowboys do well, it's only preseason and we shouldn't get our hopes up.

2. If the Cowboys do poorly, panic. The season will already be over because they look so bad.

Well we should have: Dak comments. Diggs comments. Schotty comments. Jerry vs Micah comments. Run defence comments. We should have the entire gamut tonight cause it's pre-season.

We still can't stop the run.

“.. and there’s the opening kickoff the Rams bring it back to the 20.”

“season over! 0-17 confirmed after that kick return

We should already be in panic. We can't stop the run.

A real fan would know 0-17 is coming BEFORE the opening kickoff. Get with it man.

And how do we know this? Because the Rams broke some runs in a 70 percent speed scrimmage with no actual defensive plays being put on film for anyone?

Have you watched the last couple of seasons?

Did we add anything to fix it? No we did not.

You thought the coaches were going to fix the problem?
