They can franchise him. Normally it cost more to franchise a player than they would get that same year under a new contract; however, with Dez, the franchise tag could be less than the average annual salary that he is requesting.

Yeah, I saw that segment and he said Romo will have a big day. Much of it was just BS but he seemed a tad serious about Romo doing well today in the passing game.

I think we will run the ball well. The OL is healthy relatively speaking.

That wouldn't surprise me. It seems to be all or nothing with Escobar. They either have him run a lot of pass routes or very few. He was terrific in the Giants game and then disappeared the past 2 weeks.

They had some success on the final scoring drive against AZ with Dunbar in the game on several snaps. He was lined up as a WR on some of them.

drafting receivers in the first and second round are wasted draft picks IMO....unless they're a Calvin Johnson type game changing freak.....Dez is a very good physical receiver but he's a little better than glorified Possession receiver...drops too many passes and can be taken out of games too easily..

wow that is far less then I thought he received. I was thinking that he received over 20 million. then maybe the contract the cowboys are offering is about what he might be market value.
