I did one of those a few weeks ago, to show who the real dink-and-dunk teams are. Of course, it helps your air yards per completion when you don't complete many passes but one of your completions is a bomb, as happened in this last game. But we're comfortably around the middle of the league in average depth of completion, and our rookie's YPA has most definitely not been driven by YAC.Air Yards Per Completion (As of Oct 31 2016, minimum 1000 yards passing)

Dak is doing just fine for his 7th start in his rookie season. He's definitely been given a lengthy leash to run the offense, unlike other rookies. I'd actually like to see how all of the top QBs have done in the first half of their rookie season (the ones that unfortunately weren't in a position to sit and learn).
